1. About These Terms

These terms apply to your use of cegpepco.com and to bookings at Eco Garden Resort & Heritage, Cheruthuruthy, Kerala.

  • Ownership & Operation: The resort is owned and operated by Pepco Resorts Pvt Ltd.

  • Marketing: The website is marketed by Pepco Global Marketing LLC FZ, UAE, on behalf of Pepco Resorts Pvt Ltd.

Agreement: By using this website or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Using This Website

  • General Information: The content on this website is for general information. We work to keep it accurate, but room descriptions, photos, facilities, and prices may change.

  • Intellectual Property: All text, images, logos, and design on this website belong to Pepco Resorts Pvt Ltd or are used with permission. Do not copy or reuse them without our written consent.

  • Acceptable Use: Do not misuse the website, attempt to access it without authorisation, or submit false enquiries or bookings.

  • External Links: Links to other websites (such as our booking engine or social media) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

3. Bookings

  • Booking Engine: Room bookings are made through our booking engine, operated by IDS Next. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or message from us.

  • Payment: Payment is made at the resort, at check-in or check-out. [confirm whether a card guarantee is required at booking]

  • Rates & Taxes: Rates are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and

    applicable GST. Any change in government taxes will apply at the time of stay.

  • Occupancy: Rates are per room per night unless stated otherwise. Special offers and packages have their own conditions, which are shown at the time of booking.

  • Third-Party Bookings: Bookings made through online travel agents are subject to that agent’s terms as well as these terms.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations, changes, and no-shows are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Timings:

    • Check-in: From [2:00 pm]

    • Check-out: By [11:00 am]

    • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be charged.

  • Identification: Every guest must present a valid photo ID at check-in. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa. We are required by law to share foreign guests’ details with the authorities through Form C.

  • Refusal: We may refuse check-in if valid ID is not provided.

6. Children and Extra Beds

  • Children: Aged [5] and under stay free when using existing bedding.

  • Extra Beds: Available on request at [amount] per night, subject to the room type.

  • Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, including at the pools, lakes, and activity areas.

7. Your Stay

  • Quiet Hours: Please respect other guests and the estate. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.

  • Smoking: Allowed only in designated areas. [confirm]

  • Eviction: We may ask any guest whose behaviour puts others at risk, or breaches these rules, to leave without refund.

8. Activities and Facilities

Activities such as the ATV trail, boating, fishing, swimming, cycling, and archery are taken part in at your own risk. Please follow staff instructions, safety briefings, and age limits.

  • Children must be supervised by an adult.

  • Some activities may be charged separately and may close due to weather or maintenance.

9. Events and Weddings

Weddings, conferences, corporate outings, and other events are booked under a separate event agreement, which sets out deposits, payments, cancellation, and venue rules. Those terms apply in addition to these.

10. Wellness (Layam)

Ayurvedic programmes and therapies at Layam are provided under Layam’s own terms. They are not a substitute for medical treatment. Please inform the Layam doctor about any health conditions, pregnancy, and medicines before treatment.

11. Valuables and Liability

  • Safe Deposit: Please use the in-room safe [confirm] for valuables.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss of or damage to guests’ belongings, or for any indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for failing to provide services because of events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, floods, epidemics, government restrictions, or utility failures. In such cases, we will work with you to rebook or offer a fair solution.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Thrissur], Kerala.
