Our executive chef [name] cooks for every kind of guest: Kerala fish curry and appam for those who came home for it, North Indian classics, continental plates, and Arabic dishes for families joining us from the Gulf. Breakfast is a generous South and North Indian buffet. And because the estate has its own lake, you can fish in the morning and have the chef cook your catch for lunch. For Layam guests, the kitchen prepares Ayurvedic meals to your doctor's guidance.
