brings the healing traditions of Kerala to the heart of the estate.
Our Story
Eco Garden Resort is part of PEPCO Group, founded by V G Prem in Sharjah in 1989. Over almost three decades in the UAE, PEPCO grew from a single engineering operation into a group spanning engineering, manufacturing and solar energy. In 2016, the journey turned towards home. PEPCO moved into hospitality with Eco Garden Resort and its convention centre in Cheruthuruthy, creating a place where families, celebrations and guests from the Gulf and beyond could slow down in the cultural heart of Kerala.
Wellness at the Centre
With the launch of Layam, Eco Garden has become a true Ayurvedic wellness resort. Every guest can combine a heritage stay with doctor-led Kerala Ayurveda, from a 3-day rejuvenation retreat to a 21-day Panchakarma. Our programmes also cover stress and sleep, joint and spine care, weight management and beauty. Our aim is simple: a place where you rest well, eat well and leave restored.
The Estate Today
Today the estate holds cottages, villas, suites and a tree house, two pools, private lakes, a multi-cuisine restaurant, Layam Ayurveda and event halls for up to 1,250 guests.
