My holiday trip with my family at Eco gardens resort was an absolute pleasure. We had initially planned to stay for 3 nights. However we extended it by another day purely because of the lovely ambience and customer service.
Let me start with the location of the resort. Its away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Located in a calm and quiet location. Extremely peaceful and relaxing. There is a lot of bird life in the resort with peacocks, swans.
Now onto the resort facilities. The room that we booked was a royal suite. It was extremely spacious with all the required amenities that you would expect in a 3 star resort. The overall ambience and cleanliness of the resort is top class. The staff has maintained it very well.
We had a complementary breakfast which was very good with lots of options. We opted of room dining for breakfast and dinner for most of the days and the food was always served on time. There is also a lovely restaurant within the resort
From a recreation point of view, there are several options within the resort. There are 3 to 4 gardens, two absolutely mesmerising lakes, an ayurvedic spa which I would highly recommend, two swimming pools and one is specially meant for kids and a decent gym/leasure centre. They also offer boat rides and even fishing.
It is a full-service lodging facility that provides access to a range of amenities and recreation facilities and me and my family had a leisure experience.
I would specially like to mention Anil Kumar who is the General manager of the resort. It took care of us and our needs through our stay right from the reservation process till the checkout stage. He is extremely caring person. The reception staff (Mansoor,Nancy and Princy) were also exceptional and always helpful.
Overall I give the resort a 5 star review. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we definitely look forward to visit the place again in future. I will highly recommend the place. I have posted few pictures which is a testimony of my lovely experience at Eco Gardens
